|
|
I never noticed an trouble until today. I'm able to type in Korean and I've installed the East Asian language pack under the language settings on the control panel. However, I tried to use a Korean computer program today for my cell phone and all of the Korean letters were question marks. Also, I wrote a PM in Korean last night on MySpace and the person that received it got nothing but question marks.
Does anyone have a suggestion to help me out? It's really bizarre to me, as I've typed Korean before, on Mithridates's site, for example, and had no problems. But now, I get this strange glitch. Any ideas?
Thanks in advance,
Qinella~ |

Try setting your preferred language to Korean. That's what I did and now Korean programs show hangeul instead of question marks and other garbage. I forget where to do but it's got to be somewhere in the language settings.
As for Myspace though, not every website accepts Korean input. Friendster doesn't for instance (very annoyingly). |

Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options -> Advanced Tab -> Language for Non-Unicode Programs.. set that to Korean. |
