Try the Canadian Embassy.

Actually, the visa process involves you going to immigrations with your original degree and they will make a copy of it and give it right back to you (the school asks for it because they have to show it to them to obtain the "blue form"- which is obsolete now)

If your degree is Canadian, try the British Council (I am saying this because I THINK Canada is still part of the commonwealth). They can certify it in 4 days with a certificate of authenticity.

If that doesn't work, then try the Ministry of Education, they might be able to verify it and notarize it for you Wink

I don't know the actual address per say (as most places are found by following directions anyway)

But you need to go to Omokyo subway station and get out exit 7, then walk to a 5-way intersection and then turn right, then you cross the street to your left and cross again on your right. The Seoul Water Authority should be right in front of you and next to it is the Seoul immigration office.

telephone- 02-2650-6225- 6221

The Seoul Ministry of Education is in Jungno 5-ga. I haven't been there since 2002 though. You would have to have a korean co worker or someone do a search on a korean search engine.
