You need the following to change from F-2 to F-5:

- Copy of your spouse's family book showing that you are married (less than 3 months old).

- Copy of your spouses's residence registration showing he/she is a legal resident at a registered address. ( less than 3 month's old)

- Your passport

- Your ARC card

- 2 recent photos

- Application for F-5 (Obtained at Imm.)

- Application for renewal of F-2 ( F-5 approval could take 6 mo.)
Application for multiple entry is the same form now.
( Obtained at Imm.)

- Guarantee form ( Obtained at Imm.)

- 120,000 Won ( 50,000 F-5 app, 20,00 for F-2 extension , 50,000 for multiple entry permit).
