I lived in Estonia for a bit in 1998, but being a country of 1.4 million people Estonian's not the most useful language outside of the country. Any Estonians here in Seoul? Pm me if you are/know one, I'd love to set up a language exchange (Estonian for Korean/Japanese)...

Don't know if it'll help, but my friend is working on her PhD at Cambridge, and there is an Estonian in her program. You could maybe have a penpal!

Estonian's a language I started a long time ago (1998) and never finished. Where do you use it besides Wikipedia, Postimees and a few other places? That's why it's so hard to learn, you have to really go out of your way to find it. Confused

For writing I can always do stuff on Wikipedia but it's been ages since I've spoken it. Thanks though, periwinkle. Good to hear that there are some people that like it. I love the sound of it.
