| I was told you do not need a release letter for an E7 visa. Has anyone changed jobs on an E7 without a release letter? |

Who told you this? If it was an Immigration person, then they likely know what they are talking about, though this is not always the case

| You cannot change jobs on an E-7 visa, mainly because you are invited by a specific government ministry to come here to work. If you change jobs, you have to reapply for your E-7, have another ministry to give you that invitation letter in order to process it. |

That's why I'm asking if anyone has experience with this. Even if you get an answer from immigration, who knows if it's the right one. |
