go to itaewon and haebangchang area and ask around, check the ads etc. lots of foreigners and apts w/ no or small deposits.

if you don't mind living in that canadian shanty town, then haebangchang is the place for you. nah, just kidding, there's some good places in there. it's right by itaewon.
