I was in Omokyo Station tonight looking for something different for dinner. I heard there were restaurants, etc. and I decided to check it out. Imagine my surprise when I stumbled upon a Ben and Jerry's stand. Ben and Jerry's! In Korea! They had all the classics, Cherry Garcia, Peanut Butter Cup, New York Super Fudge Chunk, Chunky Monkey,.... Is this something new, or am I just slow on the news?

Ben and Jerry's!!!!

And you have just found another way that YBM does its best to get your money. Thankfully Cinibon went bust.

That Ben and Jerry's is in a poor locale- it's in between exits if anyone's looking for it. Nice break from the ubiquitous Baskin Robbin's.

Sad I didn't know it was ever here.

I kept that franchise in business back home. Never got tired of a sickly sweet cinnamon bun.

I think he meant thankfully they went bust because they were so goll-darned tempting!! If I had a nickel for all the times I walked past a Cinnabon kiosk and began drooling...

I didn't know Cinnabon was here either. I'm not a big fan of the cinnamon bun, but it would have been nice every once in awhile.

*beep* you and the horse you rode in on, djsmnc. People like you are the reason most people hate this board. If you don't like that somebody is happy because they don't have to have Baskin Robbins when they want ice cream, then go stuff your face with assworm kimchi.

They're still open? cool! I'd heard all the Korean branches were shutting down. Anyone know if the one in Gangnam is still there?

It was still there a couple of months ago.
