No permanent damage? None?

Then the suspended sentence was justice served.

If she does anything like it again, a court will not be so lenient on her.

O'Toole's attorney, Chuck Evans, said it was a consensual act and Slaby wasn't permanently damaged.

"This is a case that should have been left in the bedroom," he said.

Oh, that's rich. Sexual assault with hazardous chemicals is ok, as long as there is no permanent damage. Rolling Eyes Who gave him the right to decide that?

The guy didn't cheat on O'Toole, didn't lie to her....he simply broke up with her, and after doing so, started seeing someone else. But I guess in O'Toole's mind a man doesn't have the right to break up with someone and start seeing someone else, without suffering some form of physical assault. I wonder how she'd like walking 2 miles to a gas station with her t *beep* s glued to her forehead?

I hope the jury awards Slaby $1,300,000....and that O'Toole learns a very expensive lesson. Learn to get over your breakups and move on.

What really surprises me is that the lawyer says it's a consensual act. Shocked How is having your privates glued to your stomach, your buttcheeks glued together, and nail polish on your a**, consensual?

Really, though.

"Hey, girl. You know what would turn me on?"

"What's that?"

"Why don't you super glue my ass-cheeks together, attach my cock to my belly-button, paint some profane words on my back, and send me down the street. That would get me soooooo hot."

"OK. Anything for you, baby."
