I was just offered a position in
Chang won by Kim and Joe recruiter. Does anyone have any infor on this city or the recruiter? What questions should I ask before I accept? This is my first overseas offer. Thanks for any advise.

Don't know much about Chang-won small spot about 40 mins from Busan. Not much on the go there, a bit more fresh air, depends on what your looking for.
I never used Kim n' Joes services personally but a gal at my school did, they're younger and speak good english, and helped negociate her release from the school when she had troubles. She said they had her fridge full of food and showed her around the area where she lived when she arrived. That doesn't mean they'll find the best schools but they were there when she needed them, and didn't leave her hanging.
