mine's pretty good
ucvhost.com
the lowest package costs 12 dollars a year, unlimited bandwidth and when you need tech support you just talk to them over MSN messenger (or yahoo) |

I've been using bluehost for awhile now and I'm really happy with it. It's only 6 or 7 bucks a month and you can host up to 6 domains with 10 gigs of space and 250 gigs a month of transfer. It has the standard c-panel backend and tons of ready to run scripts. Pretty decent.
