How do you do it? What is the secret to finding out which schools need teachers? Is it best to just canvas the neighborhood your interested in working in with resumes? (I'm in Seoul)Or is there some other secret I'm missing??
Send me a private if you have any good leads! Anyone who is at all responsible for landing me a sweet job can expect some serious giftage. |

Throw your resume up everywhere you can: here (of course), www.englishspectrum.com (sorry, that address will probably get this thread cut), and there are a few others. If you put up your resume on a few sites you'll have offeres in hours. MOST will be recruiters, but there will be a few actual schools that talk to you. |

Why are you trying to avoid recruiters? As long as you're experienced and not a total pushover, recruiters can be used to your advantage. Tell the recruiter what you want, what you expect, and then let them find you a job.
Plus, deal with the school as much as possible. Just use the recruiter to get your foot in the door and then slam it shut on them.
