Many of the evacuees seemed to have already found a better life for themselves in the new city/state than what they left behind.
Seems like the City of New Orleans is going to have a drastic demographic shift for the next census in 2010. |

Well, those states are all poor and filled with black people anyway, so it's not like they're in for any surprises. It'll be just like home.

| That's BS! They're saying zero have gone to any other states? I have friends who went to Indiana, New Jersey, and oh by the way Ansan Korea (my former NOLA roommate). I'm sure others went to other places. |
