I've heard of the 'Rust Belt' of the US - generally Great Lakes region.. and the 'Bible Belt' of the US - southern..

But the BLACK BELT? But here it is on Wikipedia..

We Southerners already knew that...and we have 4 seasons. Did anyone (else) learn this in skool?

Is that how many black belts there are per capita? I didn't know they were so big into martail arts in the south.
