i looked around and couldnt find the answer for this, so sorry if this is covered elsewhere.
This just occurred to me. We pay 4.5% of our salary into pension, and our employer's pay an equal amount. When we get a lump sum refund, do we get the employer's contributions as well?
I didn't think about it, but if i am making about 2 million won a month, i put about one million in a year, that mean's my school is putting in a million as well, meaning when i leave, i get $2,000 USD per year in Korea...
is that right? i think so, but i just want a confirmation.
