Ok, here's a discussion thread i've been meaning to start for a while.

What do you think? Does technology exist which is possible to affect, trigger, or otherwise influence "natural" phenomenae including earthquakes, hurricanes & tsunamis?

Is it possible? Maybe not now, but at some point, or absolutely never?
