I tried that service a few times and I was disapointed. Bit on items... won the auction, and then was never contacted by the seller.
I was not really very happy with it... |

Hi Metsuke,
I'm sorry to hear that you had problems with a transaction. If you PM me the details of the auction I will contact the seller and try to resolve the issue. Also, remember to use the feedback function so that other members will have some idea of the reputation of the seller/buyer. It's a community just like this one and relies on the feedback of it's users to make a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Please contact me if you have any other questions or suggestions about the site. I appreciate any input you may have.
Cheers
PS: Just to follow up on this I checked your bid history and found bids on two items...In both cases your bids did not meet the reserve price. If your high bid does not exceed the reserve price then the auction is not won. When you win an auction both you and the seller will be notified by email with contact and transaction information. I hope this helps clarify things for you. I've also sent this by PM. |
