Just wondering if anyone here is currently saving up for a place to buy back home in Canada, or perhaps, has already done so. If so, are there any tips or tricks u can recommend? I don't quite know how to get started, here in Korea.
The idea passed me by, that I could rent out a place I own while I am over here in Korea, while it pays itself off through rental fees and what I put down on it. The idea sounds quite good, but I am betting it cannot be as good as it sounds. Anyone done this yet, or is doing it?? How's it worked out? Any recommendations?? |

Ive kicked around the same idea. One of the problems would be the taxes. With that sort of property you would be screwed in that respect, they would be eyeballin everything.
Let me know what you find out...... |
