Hey all, my Toshiba laptop that is just over a year old seems to be getting a big sluggish. When I open Firefox or Word or whatever it just goes slower than it used to. Especially if I have multiple applications running at the same time.

I have only used about 20/40 gb on the hard drive if that has anything to do with it.

Any suggestions for me? Things to check? Keep in mind that I am semi-computer-retarded.

Thanks all!

If you're not using anti-spyware software, download adaware and run that.
