So I was in an accident and had to spend two weeks in the hospital ...
I heal up pretty quick but I still have a marked up face.
SO... My job cans me... More or less cause I'm not so pretty anymore and becasue of the time I missed in hospital.
My big question here is
IF I AM CANNED DO I GET A MONTH PAY?
What does the Labor Law say?
I work for a University. |

Contact the labor office and get over to EFL law and see what they have to say on it. If you can, I'm sure other teachers would like to know the name of the university so they can avoid it in the future.
Sorry to hear about your bad luck. |

Exactly. If you been working there a certain amount of time they have to give you 30 days notice or 30 days pay. Go over to efl-law for the low down.
What school? |

That really sucks. There should be some kind of law and I am sure there is. Getting it upheld or enforced is the tricky thing. It's now a no win situation. Who would want to work for a person that is forced to keep them on and vice versa?
Please name the school. |
