Are there any good bar and grill's in Kangnam? Is there any place like Geckos or Holywood Bar & Grille in Kangnam? I mean a place where one can eat, drink and socialize in Kangnam? Any info would be appreciated. Thank you.

There's a "Mongolian Grill" kind of place about a half block west of the Glass Tower on Taehanro. It's in the basement of a building almost across from the dept store (If you hit the carne Station you've gone too far). You have to cross a little bridge thingy in the middle of the basement to get there. The big Korean Drum is supposedly the one used at the opening Ceremony of the 88 Olympics. The dining area is covered in fake white yurts- cool atmosphere, good food.

If it's Western you want there's the bar at Bennigan's/TGIF or Hunter's Tavern in the Intercontinental.
