Well we gots some nice little tomato and gochu plants on the go here in korea with some nice big pots. We are growing these in our room which has a HUGE window and manages to stay nice and warm.

Is there anyone else who has an affinity for plants? food flowers, trees and bushes?
Cause i have been a bit hesitant to use any fertilizers here in korea without knowing what is what.
Is there anyone out there who knows what's going on to this regard? Our tomato plant is going quite slow and i wanna get some root stimulant going on.

I like green growing things, but the sun is too low in the sky in my new place. All my plants are starving for sunshine. Sad

I love growing things but in Korea I seem to kill all my plants. Probably a lack of adequate sunshine combined with the fact that my bung is smoke filled. I have a nice collection of empty pots!! I will never resort to plastic plants though.

Between my home menagerie (aka Toni & Osito) and the fact that I'm on the first floor, growing things in my apartment is pretty much impossible.

I am thinking of growing an herb garden in my classroom over the winter, though, since I have lots of direct sunlight in there. But, I'm used to using Miracle Grow to help things along. Anyone know what the equivalent is here?

My roommates and I in college always talked about building an indoor garden/greenhouse in one of our closets, with the bright sun-lamp and all that kind of equipment. Never got around to it though. One roommate said he'd do it but only if he could buy the seeds without funding "the cartels".
