Maybe I wasn't referring to the alcohol content, maybe "poison" refers to the less than craptacular taste that causes all who partake in its poisonality to make that guttural "death gasp" after a shot. You're right! It's not that strong, but it sure makes for a nasty hangover if one gets conned into a "my mantoy is bigger than your mantoy" drinking competition.

And when did "getting wasted" become a priority over enjoying a tasty beverage. "$2 drunk" is not how I wanna plan my evening. If the three dollars you save on soju instead of the 6-pack is that valuable, I'd say drink up because you've got some financial woes.

I see, so what you're saying is there are drinks available that taste better than soju?

Your posterior is severley wise. However, I do see the need to tease me as my post was most gratuitous and inane.

Your posts remind me of when Koreans try to use a dictionary and form sentences with unfamiliar words.

Your tongue is numb after the first few drinks. It's real. It's true. If you want to pay big bucks because you think it impresses the chick, then you are welcome to do so. I, for one, do not see the necessity of paying to impress other people. Pay for the packaging. It's no skin off my nose. Or tongue. The chemical composition of alcohol is the same, whether it costs $1 a bottle or $100 a bottle. Knock yourself out.

I like the dynamics of soju when drinking with Koreans.
Everyone does a shot- and exactly 5 and a half minutes later, everyone does another. Slow and steady.
