Scroll down to Wed. (Copied and pasted original at the bottom in case it changes.)

http://weather.yahoo.com/forecast/KSXX0037_f.html

Wednesday: More sun than clouds. Highs in the upper 30s and lows in the low 20s.

It's the same thing as saying "mostly sunny", isn't it?

I'm not sure what you're looking for...the number of clouds in the sky, or the ratio of sunshine to clouds?

Whats your point?

Yahoo forecasts are often wildly off but the language is standard.

Just the "more sun than clouds".
I thought it was funny...
More clouds than sun.
Less snow than yesterday etc...

If you use Firefox, install the weather tollbar and you'll always be in the know.

You get the same thing on AFN News where it will say partly cloudy, partly sunny, highs in the 40s lows in the 30s, with a 50% chance of rain for Fri, Sat, amd Sun, outlook for Monday, highs in the 40s lows in the 30s, with a slight chance of rain. In other news . . . a little girl in Osan drew a picture today, we are taking you there for live coverage. I hate AFN News. Rolling Eyes

KMA recently directed everyone to:

www.weather.go.kr

No English though.
