It's the same thing as saying "mostly sunny", isn't it?
I'm not sure what you're looking for...the number of clouds in the sky, or the ratio of sunshine to clouds? |

You get the same thing on AFN News where it will say partly cloudy, partly sunny, highs in the 40s lows in the 30s, with a 50% chance of rain for Fri, Sat, amd Sun, outlook for Monday, highs in the 40s lows in the 30s, with a slight chance of rain. In other news . . . a little girl in Osan drew a picture today, we are taking you there for live coverage. I hate AFN News.  |
