| The hogwan I worked in last year did not pay into the pension fund. Were they obligated to? Can I do anything about it now? Thanks in advance. |

| You can go to the pension office, tell them the situation, and they'll be annoyed that someone is trying to screw their branch of the government. They'll investigate and eventually contact your school, and force them to contribute and backpay the pension....of course, you'll have to pay the money that should've been withdrawn too. A teacher at my last school got the ball rolling for us, but it took almost 5 months from start to finish. |
