What do you guys think will happen to MJ? I think he's going away for awhile. I don't think he will last, that's for sure. He's too delicate. Do you think he will be placed away from the other inmates for his protection, or do you think he will be left to fend for himself? I wonder if he will try to kill himself. Sorry- I know I'm sick to wonder about things like this!! i get teased all the time for reading Ann Rule's true crime books- I TOTALLY recommend her books, btw. If this thread has been done before, sorry... |

He'll be found not guilty. The evidence is not clear and convincing. Very ambiguous and subjective.
I will tell you this though...and remember this....an innocent person SHOULD ALWAYS go with a trial by Judge instead of a jury. Notice....I said innocent. A judge knows the law and has the experience...also knows the games, tricks and lies that cops and prosecutors use. An innocent person has absolutely no worries with a judge. Unless the judge is corrupt.
Now...a trial by jury...lawyers only need ONE person out of 12 to have a hung jury. So a guilty person has a better chance with a good mouthpiece...(lawyer) and 12 jurors. |

if he's found innocent, then who knows, but if he's guilty I'm with jaganath69- suicide. And before 5 years too, something dramatic and odd- like MJ himself. |

Have you seen the "Bad" video? That's how I would like to imagine Michael Jackson in prison. That, or him curled up in the fetal position mumbling over and over "Bubbles, why did you leave me?".

He doesn't strike me as a brave enough a person to commit suicide. |

My guess? He'll be acquitted.
Then he'll join up with OJ and the two of them will go looking for the real killer and the real molester. Most of the search will be focused on Neverland Ranch in California and on the golf courses of southern Florida.
That's my guess, anyway. |

>. If he is acquitted, his career will never recover. Whether he molested any kiddies ( or whatever ) he's still a pretty freaky dude.
Sorry Mike but i'm having difficulty coming up with much sympathy |

he's a smart businessman- even if his own career flops he's still got the copyright to all of the Beatles songs to keep him warm at night. |

That's what can happen to a boy if he's shown no real attention and left to eat dry ramyeon by himself six days a week. |

Well, I just read some of the restrictions that have been set by the court for the jury. Legal experts seem to be hinting that it will be a hung jury simply because these restrictions would make the task difficult even for them. |
