How long have you worked for them?
How long have you been here?
How was your job performance (received positive feedback?)?
What have you done to improve yourself (workshops, courses?)?

All these play into asking for a raise remember that time in does not automatically translate into quality work and hence warrant a raise.

If you feel you did a good job and that was recognized then a 100 000 - 150 000 Won monthly raise is a reasonable expectation.

Up to you to negociate really.

Good luck! Very Happy

I think I did ok. Korean teachers seem to like me. The director is happy with my performance.

There is no workshops I can attend except the one a year. I am planning to do my tefl this year tho. I've been here for ten month so far.

Ok Wrench,

Then a 100 000 Won raise is more likely but you could ask for 150-160 if you want and then negociate accordingly.
