Considering he did this way before Speed Racer, I'd say his English wasn't half bad.

ummm... (incert thing here) ummm... you know (thing he mentioned)? that i think is perfect. that is the best. you know? yeah (nods head), uh huh, that's what i think. ummm... (sucks on his lips and nods his head to indicate he is done speaking)

i know hes nervous in english, but he just sounds so cookie cutter
