Hey all,
Exactly how off topic is this thread on this forum..?
I am building an art installation that is supposed to be on show already this weekend and for this I need a car tuning/styling shop in Seoul to get a set of strips with (what I think are commonly called) Super LEDs and a control unit, intended for under car mounting. The only maker that I know of is Streetglow, but then again, I'm not really into neither cars or tuning.
I've tried googling, but no speak korean, so the closest I came was to email some car tuning mags that never got back to me. I've checked out several korean car mags but didn't find a single ad for stores with things like this.
No student here has a clue what I am talking about and focus their effort on making me happy with ordinary LEDs which unfortunately are no good. We went down to the light district today and checked out some sign makers but they didn't have LEDs strong enough, not to mention control devices. It needs to be very strong light and needs to be softly pulsating in intensity.
When mounted on a car (which I do not intend to do) it looks like this:
Any advice on where to find them or something that works the same way extremly appreciated! |
