| My private high school insists that the laws re severance have changed and they are no longer obligated to pay it if they are contributing to the pension fund. There is one guy here completing his fifth year and leaving; they've convinced him he isn't owed severance. Help!! Does anyone have a phone number for the labour board? Is there liable to be someone there who speaks English? Any help, suggestions would be greatly appreciated. |

Is this the number you should call if the employer will not pay severance?
I am in Pyeongtaek City outside of Suwon , is this also the number for that area?
Thanks in advance for any help you can give me |
