Being an American, I have no right to criticize anyone for creating a false panic... Laughing

However, I do wonder about the tsunami warning system. How many times has a tsunami actually happened in the area that the warning system covers? Is it really necessary?

I figured that this system would cause a lot more problems than it actually prevented, but I guess if it makes people feel safer, so be it.
