I've noticed most servers now on undernet k-line megapass/kt IPs ("Insecure Korean netblocks"). Used to be about 1/3 of the servers did not K-line. Now I can only seem to find 1 or 2 that don't K-line... and those will probably go soon. Oish. First the blog ban now this is getting bad. (And maybe I should also complain about ISPs in North America that block email from Korea because of spam...)

It's been years since I've used IRC, but I'm sure proxies still work.

Undernet seems to have dropped its Korea-wide g-line.

I'm still having trouble accessing Undernet. What servers are you using?

London.uk.eu.undernet.org among others. Is it going to something called test.com or something? |
