Is it possible? My kindergarten is looking at a candidate with a 3 year BA and plus a 1 year college diploma.
3 year BAs are very common in Ontario.... anyone out there manage to get an E-2 visa with one?
Thank you!!! |

Seriously? I had a hassle with my degree in 2000 because it was 1 3-year degree plus 1 1-year degree....
I hope you're right though! |

a 3 year degree from Ontario should be accepted as long as it is dated before 2006. I believe the first of the 4 year degrees graduate in 2007 which is 4 years after Ontario dropped grade 13. I may have my dates off by 1 year. |

Have a 3-year from Ontario and haven't had any problems yet (knock on wood). I agree with the previous poster, that as long as it dates before the elimination of grade 13 you should be fine. There were always four-year degrees but grade 13 was a pre-university year for those who planned to go that route, you could graduate in grade 12, just not go to university with it (I think). But d amn, am I wishing now that I had finished that final year! |

Okay, that makes sense. I think the reason I had trouble was that I had it processed in Vancouver and they didn't know about Grade 13 (or OAC is what it was when I went through).
Thanks all! |
