The first headline is misleading and damaging. it should read:

"NO HN51 FOUND IN KOREA".

Of course various harmless strains of influenza exist naturally in wild birds. Its like saying "Cold virus discovered in people this winter!!".

But: lets be clear: The highly pathogenic HN51 has not been discovered yet in korea. And its unlikely to be, because there is no evidence that it is spread by wild migratory birds.

The only way it might spread to korea is by import of poultry or cage birds from China.
