You know you're setting yourself up for being sued for defamation? Unless he's been convicted of stealing, you should edit the last few sentences to protect yourself from litigation.

So... he offered to pay you money for a job, but you got angry because you feel he's "exploiting" you to make a profit? And you quit in the middle of the job so you're angry about what exactly? He didn't pay you after you quit?
