I have turned up to work today and have been told i need to do a 20 minute XO(true flase) quiz on Thursday for a christmas party...
I have no idea what questions to give as these kids are very very beginner, some of them don'teven study english but I have been told that it must be in English(i love logic)..
Anyway, does anyone have any links to sites where there are basic XO quizes........... |

I don't have any sites to offer but I have an alternative idea if no one else comes up with one:
Get some objects the kids do know (or pix of them) and ask a series of Yes/No questions... Is this a dog? Is the dog blue? Etc. |

After a search i couldn't find much fr basics so i just made 40 questions myself..
I divided them into 4 cats(food, animals, colors and numbers)and 10 for each...
We'll see how it goes, should be OK |

Put a few Christmas questions in at random to make it a bit longer and to make it seem more Christmassy...it's supposed to be a party, isn't it?!?
Things like:
Santa says, "Hi! Hi! Hi!"
People eat kimchi at Christmas(that'll screw 'em up)
Santa's favourite reindeer is BINGO!
Christmas is on December 25th.
We say "Happy Christmas and a Merry New Year," not "Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year."
Christmas was the day that Jesus Christ was born(that might screw everyone up).
Heathens are not allowed to celebrate Christmas(might get 'em a bonus point on their TOEIC test in ten year's time).
Bad kids get candy and presents from Santa while good kids get coal.
Kids say "trick or treat!" to get something from Santa.
Oh, yeah...put "crazy" and "psycho" into every second question...they love those words...seriously...they'll know 'em no matter how sh1tty their English is. |
