I'm up for doing something Christmasy in Seoul, but I am definately not up for spending a lot of money to sit with a bunch of strangers having a Christmas buffet. So this post is for things to do in Seoul that are Christmas orientated that do not include a buffet.
My suggestions:
Ice skating- They've built an outdoor ice rink in City Hall. I believe the skate rental is 3000 W. You can also go to Lotte World.
Christmas Movie at a theatre-Last year I went to Space 9 (yongsan st. line 1) to watch the Polar Express and was happy to find a choir and other celebrations. I might go again this year.
Christmas mass-http://www.eslcafe.com/forums/korea/viewtopic.php?t=49165

don't know how tomorrow will be, but downtown (city hall area with the ice rink) was complete traffic madness tonight
literally sat in traffic for about 45 minutes...had pretty lights to look at though! |
