I've just re-newed my passport and I was wondering if I can go to that office to register it with immigration. Also where exactly is it?

Yes you can go there to register your new passport number I did it when I got my new passport as well as got my re entry permit then. It is at Kyongbuk subway just a couple after Anguk on the orange line 3 I think it is exit number 6..anyway right across from palace in a abuilding with a big Hana Bank sign. I think it is on the 5th floor at the end on the right.
