does anyone know where to get a nautical air horn in seoul?
like the aerosol kind that are used on pleasure craft and at hockey games? |

I had three, loaned out one which I never got back. I am not letting the two I have out of my sight. They're great toys and many people -- particularly foreign male troublemakers like myself -- covet them immensely.
I brought a nice steel one from overseas, and I bought a cheap plastic one here. I visited dozens of sporting goods stalls in Namdaemoon before I finally found a shop (in Dongdaemoon ) that had a grand total one horn & one compressed air canister. Couldn't even begin to give you directions, but I'll look next time I'm down there. I had no luck describing what these things are, look like, or sound like. They were showing me all sorts of squeakly whistles and horns you blow into. So I went back home, grabbed my foreign-made one, brought it back and gave the shopkeepers a little "demonstration". |
