| why don't they have a phone system that works? why don't they answer the phone? i've been trying to get someone on the phone over there for an hour. all the lines are either busy or they aren't picking up... arhg!!! |

| I actually just called to see when they would be out for lunch so I can plan my taxi-train-walk trip just right. It was busy the first time, but I hit the redial button and got through immediately. Very efficient. Maybe the branch office you are stuck with right now IS out to lunch right now? |
