Posted this on Mith's board, but not everybody reads there so...

I have a friend who wants to start studying Japanese, but being in the States she doesn't have access to good textbooks in Korean. If anybody here has studied Japanese using some online resources in Korean, it would be awesome if you could let me know about them. Thanks.

I think she's looking to get her toes wet without spending any money yet. She's a poor graduate student right now, and just turned down an offer with Goldman Sachs Japan because she didn't want to go there without speaking the language.
