It seems to be all the rage back home....just wondering if it's available here and/or if anyone has tried it.

It seems like something I'd like to try, but I don't want to pay $30 in shipping costs to have it sent over.

Thanks in advance.

I didn't know what that was but it's some appetite suppressant stuff according to google.

For the target market wouldn't it be a better solution to simply do a little more exercise and pay attention to what you eat a bit more?

Don't take the elevator walk up the stairs, don't take the bus for a short journey, walk it. The only way to lose fat is to change your lifestyle.

I know quite a few people who over a couple of year, slowly reduced themselves just by some simple changes to their lifestyle. Other people go on fad diets or take pills and then a few months after they've achieved their target weight and stopped the 'programme' are piling on the pounds again and miserable. My mothers experience with 'weightwatchers' is a striking personal example.

Do it natures way. Eat less 'bad food' and exercise a little more.

It's been a real bad year for it in 2005....but who knows, maybe prospects will brighten in 2006. But that would depend on your astro sign and the fact that it is the Year of the Dog could complicate matters as dogs could become even scarcer in Korea in 2006....unless you're into the soup dogmeat of course,

Gee thanks. I didn't know that. Rolling Eyes

I already do those things and am unable to shed the unwanted pounds. The biggest reason being that my work schedule is such that I can't seem to keep up any kind of regular exercise program.

I walk as much as I can, I even go mountain hiking sometimes, although I have to admit that since the weather has turned cold I don't do it as much as I should.

As far as eating more healthy..... I eat as much Korean food as I can and avoid Western most of the time. It really makes no difference. I still gain weight no matter what I eat. A lot of Korean food is very greasy and I can't see how anyone can say it's healthy. Koreans tend to eat a lot at meal times as well and are always urging me to eat more. (if I refuse they get offended)

I am over 40, and I've heard it said that once you pass 40 everything changes.......... well so far that's been my experience. Wait till you pass 40 and then see what you will be saying.

I just wanted to try the stuff.... if it helps me lose pounds, it can't be all that bad. I would appreciate an answer to my question a lot more than some "smart-arsed" lecture on lifestyle changes.

Thank you.
