Okay..its the end of the year..so now its time to come clean, fess up your misdemeanours here on daves, make a clean slate, and move on.
Me first;
The Native Indian genocide thread: I confess that I was trolling for about 50% of this long running controversial thread. I now accept Gopher's basic assertion that the demise of native americans was by and large accidental (disease) and does not closely match the usual definition of Genocide. I take back my comments about most americans grandfathers being cold blooded executioners.
However: in many localised instances, the description genocide could be used. |
