|
|
Hey,
My roomie and I are looking to get a download program. I am a little more adept, so I dont mind using torrents for all my program and video needs. But the roomie is a audiophile, and just wants singles mostly. My old roomie used Limewire, was resonably priced and worked well.
Any other suggestions?
What are the most recent popular torrent sites??? I have been off my downloading phase for a while with a shitty ass comp.. but new gear..... re birth
Thanks |

I find that www.torrentleech.org is quite good. It has most of the areas covered fairly well, including music - not singles, usu albums. If they're not currently taking on new members, PM me and I can give you an invite. Or, as wrench mentioned, do a search either on Dave's, or Google. I use Bit Tornado as my downloading utility - I don't tweak it in anyway...I let it do what it was designed to do and it hasn't failed me yet. |

I've been using DC++ a lot lately, which is very similar to the first Napster.
eMule is also very popular, good for music, and very easy to use. |
