I have some time off in December and was thinking of heading off to Europe to visit some family and friends.

With that said can anybody reccomend an airline that offers cheap flights to cities in Western Europe.

From Korea you have four main choices as a first destination

1. Frankfurt
2. Amsterdam
3. Paris
4. London.

Prices vary a little so its hard to predict which will be the cheapest at any time. Usually KLM and Lufthansa are the best options.

I am going from Europe to Korea in two weeks and I found Airfrance through Paris to be the cheapest this time though.

the last time i went to amsterdam, the cheapest ticket i could find was with malaysia airlines -- for around 800,000 won w/ a free stopover in kuala lumpar, which i would recommend. i bought the ticket through joy travel in gwanghwamun.

Whatever you do, don't take that ultra-cheap flight with Aeroflot that goes to Paris via Moscow. Aeroflot's planes are in close likeness to the old Soviet submarine fleet. In short, not so safe. Not to mention the fact that there is absolutely no in-flight entertainment, not even a magazine, for the 10 hour flight. In addition, the stewardesses are exactly like how you would imagine a Russian bear would look, and the food sucks.

I'm looking for a cheap flight from Seoul to Paris on September 1st... Thought I'd bump this one up in case someone else has anything to add. I checked out all the airlines suggested in this thread and haven't come up with much of anything just yet!

I'm also hoping to find a cheap way to go France > SE Asia in mid-late September.
