HI!
Can any one who lives in PUSAN help me out here. When I lived in Seoul one of my students mentioned that there are CAFEs built along a road that leads to the top of a mountain. I have cheked tourist books but I suspect it is a local thing.
Does anyone know the name or have any idea of what I am talking about?!?! |

The area around Songdo is pretty hilly and has lots of restaurants, but it is no mountain. Perhaps your friend meant Beomosa temple, which has some restaurants and cafes near the entrance. The walk through Beomosa leads to a mountain climb.

I cant remember any names, but there is (natural) park which has a cable car going up to the mountains.... there were some restaurants leading to the park entrance. If you go up the cable car, it is another 30-40 min walk to the top, and there are restaurants and food stalls up there too.
I dont think there are too many cable cars going up to the mountains in Busan so if this is what you are talking about it is in the Lonely Planet guide and easy to find from the subway. |

Hmmmm... a nobel effort my friends.
Perhaps I can widen the question. Where is a great place to catch the NIGHT VIEW of Pusan and spend a romantic evening with your date?!?!
