well, Pusan University of Foreign Studies offers a masters in TESOL starting this year. The tution is half price for foreigners. I don't think it's a very reputable university though. And probaby not well recognized as it's a private university. It's had some problems, too, with previous instructors who developed the TESOL certificate program before it morphed into a masters program. They talk about it on the internet. My husband was thinking about going there but ended up deciding on masters in English education at PNU instead.
