I will be going travelling for a few months after my contract finishes  and need to buy a few backpacker type things including large backpack. Does anybody know of an outdoor shop in Busan or Ulsan selling such things? Any help appreciated. Thank you. |

| hmmm...in every department store in Ulsan there is a sporting section, and I have seen some pretty impressive backpacking gear in all of them. Including Lotte department store and Hyundae department store...lots o luck. |

Next to Nampodong is Gukje market, a huge open air and street stall area that indeed has HEAPS of them.

| There are a few specialised outdoor shops on the right hand side of the road as you walk from from Busan Station towards Nampo-dong if you want the real thing. Unfortunately they are also at real prices too. |
