Hi, this is my first post here, so be gentle.
I have a couple very general questions which I am sure have been answered a million times.
1. What is the average salary for a hogwan job and how many working hours would that entail?
2. What other teaching jobs are available besides hogwan or university work? Is it usual to work in the public schools?
Cheers |

About 2.0mil for 30 teaching hours is standard for a newbie at a hagwon job.
public school jobs are becoming very common, skim the forum for threads on either GEPIK or EPIK |

Peppermint's advice is right. But dont balk at a job thats one or two hundred bucks less a month if other factors feel right. A happy workplace trumps grumpy expensive nights at the bar.
Lots of public school jobs out there too, secure but low-end if your credentials are also low-end. But a good option if youre confident & somewhat qualified. |
