I'm pretty sure that all you need is an S-video connector...as long as your computer has TV-out capabilities. Just take a pic of the slots on the back of both your com and TV and bring them to an electronics shop; they should be able to hook you up.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I connect a digital TV to my desktop or notebook computer?
A: Yes, as long as the digital television is equipped with an RGB input (15-pin D-sub connector). A digital television is essentially a high quality computer monitor capable of displaying various resolutions from today's advanced video cards. All Gateway TVs are equipped with an RGB-output that allows you connect one, or even multiple monitors in series, for multimedia presentation purposes.
Note: When connecting a TV to your computer, you may need to adjust the video resolution to match the capabilities of the TV, such as 800 600, 1024 768, or 1280 1024. Check the specifications of the TV to determine its capabilities. |
Check the cables that came with the TV; you might already have what you need. Again, it'll depend on you computer's video card... |

At my last hakwon they had a digital TV and all I needed to hook up to my computer was a monitor (VGA) extension cable. Played DVDs and VCDs just fine. (PC to TV) |
