For Christmas I got a couple hundred dollars on Amazon.ca. I wanted to get the new Age of Empires game. Rightoes. But guess what? Amazon.ca won't ship to Korea because of some lame ass agreement. Geez, thanks for trying to punish an honest consumer trying to purchase a game. |

Can't some one back home do it for you.. I buy all my games on Ebay and no problems with shipping. |

It's been that way for almost 7 years now. No software outside of the US.
Look on the brightside: I've talked to a couple of people who have played the latest AoE and they said it's not so hot at all. The changes don't add to the gameplay and it's kind of boring and one-sided. PM me, I can probably arrange to have my brother-in-law sell you his copy for $10-20 plus shipping.
I'm more concerned about shipping with Canada Post though (Amazon never gave me anything but great service when I was in Korea)- once again Xmas presents have mysteriously gone AWOL on their way to Korea. Yes, they were insured, but that's of little comfort to my nephews. |

Ah that's very kind. Good to know maybe the latest AoE isn't so hot. I didn't really like Age of Mythology. I think I'm just going to go the torrent route and steal what I would have paid for |

I thought about that but then I'm like "meh, they'd never get off their butts to mail it to me." My family loves me 'n' all, but you know having to drag yourself to the post office might be asking too much. |

Someone I know... cough, cough.... downloads all his games off of torrents. He, got AOE3 2 months ago and it works just fine. Any other brand new game? As long as it is out, you can get it. Never have to pay again. |

Lol... Yeah that's why I was so pissed off. "Like I want to actually buy a game this time instead of downloading it..." |

Have you tried ordering it out of a shopping site in Hong Kong or Singapore? both are English speaking asian countries where they may not have the same restricitons. |

But software?
I believe Amazon.com (US) still has the same 'no software overseas' policy in place that they had back in 99 (and which Amazon.ca still has).
Of course I could be wrong... |
